katherine spence

MHPrac (Acupuncture), PGradDip (Rehabilitation), BHSc (Physiotherapy), BHSc (Nursing).
Katherine joined the Avondale team in 2012. She is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist graduating in 2005. Katherine has worked with New Zealand Indoor Cricket Teams for several years. She has also played for her country in the 2010 Masters World Cup for Indoor cricket.
Katherine also has interest in stroke and elderly rehabilitation stemming from her background as a nurse.
Katherine enjoys providing entertainment for her young daughter and playing indoor cricket in her spare time

Kiri joined the Avondale team in June 2012. She is an experience musculoskeletal physiotherapy, graduating in 2003, then completing her Masters in 2009. She has been involved in many sports from social to representative level.

Owner/Director; Physiotherapist

Lesang joined the team in 2014. He has a keen interest in manual therapy, musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. He worked closely with Otago rugby teams while he was a student and since joining our team has provided physiotherapy services for the New Lynn Stags Rugby League team.
Lesang loves playing football and spending time with friends. He is working hard to be able to travel some more in the future

Silas has a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy with a particular interest in football. He has worked with the Te Atatu Roosters and Waitemata Football in the past. This season he will be working with West Auckland Football club as team and club physiotherapist.
In his spare time Silas enjoys hanging out with friends and family, watching and playing football.

Karen is an experienced physiotherapists with post graduate qualifications including back pain, sports injuries, work injuries and joint problems.
She is a member of NZ Society of Physiotherapy, Sports Physiotherapy NZ and NZ Manual Therapy Association.
Karen works at Avondale College treating students and staff as well as working in the clinic at New Lynn
